Forest Floor

I found this wonderful fallen tree covered in fungi on my walk the other day.

The light was streaming through the trees and illuminating the rust colored gills.

So beautiful. I'm glad I had my camera with me.

They sure are beautiful but don't eat'em...those are no oyster mushroom...some kind of shelf mushroom and probably poisonous.

So stunning. I do love funghi... but unfortunately live in a no funghi zone :-( A devastating omission!
